Thank you so much for all your help with the painting of the condo-conversions at Villa Montevina. You and your company are a pleasure to work with.

At the beginning of my employment with Silverstone Communities, Bill Fanning, the president, told me there were three things that would keep our company as one of the leaders in our industry. They were then and are still today: On Time, High Quality and Under Budget. He told me the corporate office would take the brunt of the burden of the budget, and I would work with the office to keep the “budget” in line. He also told me that it was “MY” responsibility to convert units on time even though the schedule is very tight. At the same time I was to keep the quality at an all time high. I gather that he likes my work, as I have been with Silverstone Communities for five years.

The quality of Empire Painting is so much higher then painters that I have worked with in the past. I would honestly not even call them your competitors; you guys are that much better. The quality of your work is much needed at this time in such a tough market. No doubt Empire’s quality is a major factor in our success with selling the units.

The foreman on the job, Fabian, is great as well. He speaks great English and always takes care of issues that arise immediately. It is very important to be able to communicate directly with a foreman on a job. Communication or lack thereof is usually the difference between staying in business and failing. Your crew is always here on time as well and meets our deadlines with ease; and I know how demanding our schedule is for this project. Empire is truly an all around easy company to work with and I look forward to working with you in the future.
