Empire Community Painting Wows the Owners of 40 Capra Street

San Francisco, California

Received Via Fax

To Whom it may concern:

We own a small 3 story 12 Unit Apartment Building at 40 Capra St. in the Marina District of San Francisco. We received three estimates to paint this building; after interviews and price comparisons we settled with "Empire Community Painting." They were neither the least nor the most costly bid. They were as eager to please us with our small building as some of their very large projects. Andrew Bates, the Sales Superintendent we had all contact with, was most positive, and professional. He knows the business and had the answers to reassure us with our concerns regarding this job. Andrew is a detail man and is backed by a most professional crew. He returned our many phone calls in a very timely manner, notified our current tenants and dealt with an unhappy neighbor so this project could run smoothly.

Troy Vincent, the Construction Superintendent was knowledgeable and gave us the details on needed repairs to the building before we could paint. both Andrew and the Job Foreman met us at the building upon completion of the job to do a final inspection. We are extremely pleased and satisfied with their work and will definitely us[e] Empire Community Painting for other building we own in the Bay Area.

Sincerely,

Dominick, Patti & Michelle Crisafi
