On behalf of the Riverfront Plaza Home Owners Association, I wish to commend Empire Painting Company for your outstanding performance in the course of painting our 91-unit condominium complex in downtown Sacramento. Riverfront Plaza occupies an entire city block between P and Q streets and 2nd and 3rd streets, and the job involved painting the exteriors of six, three-story residential buildings and two common buildings using a palette of three complementary colors.

From the moment your crew arrived until the project was completed, there was a steady stream of positive comments from the residents and owners. We appreciated the way your crew accomplished the big job of painting the complex while attending to all the "little" things as well. Preparation and painting of the buildings were accomplished quickly and skillfully, with careful attention to quality and safety, and with minimal disturbance to the residents. We greatly appreciated the courtesy and friendliness of your crew as they worked throughout the complex.

A special thanks to both Garrett Long, Account Executive and Ben Barbarena, Production Manager for their work setting up and coordinating the project and crew for us.

Bottom line: we were extremely pleased with Empire Painting during this experience. Thanks to you, our residential community now has a bright, new look.

If you ever need an endorsement of your work-product or work-ethic from a satisfied customer, please do not hesitate to call on us.
