As a Construction Manager I have worked with may contractors. I managed the construction project that included dry rot and painting project at Vista Del Plaza. I am extremely satisfied with the work Empire Community Painting completed on the 114 units.

The project included dry rot repair before repainting of all the wood surfaces in the community. Erik Karlsrud (Customer Service) and Troy Vincent (Construction Manager) provided a very competitive and thorough construction proposal. Additional work became necessary which was
completed in a professional and timely manner.

The process between the dry rot and painting project went smoothly. The residence [sic] were informed with extensive noticing and the Qualtrak website of the progress made throughout the project. The crew was clean and courteous to residence [sic] while completing the project.

I would highly recommend Empire Painting to any homeowner association needing exterior dry rot repair and painting.
