I would like to notify you of the outstanding work that Luis Pineda performed at the Hillcrest Park Homeowners Association.
I have been a manager here for 14 years and in the majority of those years, we have used a certain paint company. When Empire obtained the contract to perform the painting, suffice it to say, I was a bit concerned regarding the performance.
I met Luis Pineda and he instantly put my concerns to rest. His professionalism and patience (with me and most importantly, the numerous homeowners) was second to none. I was overly impressed on how he managed his staff as well. Everyone, under his watch, was as professional and courteous. Even with a simple greeting each morning as my staff and I arrived.
In all future painting projects in this complex (and we do plan to paint several buildings every year), I will request that Luis Pineda return as the foreman. He is an asset to your company and should be rewarded as such.
