This project was done in accordance with the EPA's stringent new Renovate, Repair and Paint (RRP) Lead-Safe Rules. Through careful planning and our systematic work practices, we were able to comply with the EPA's requirements with a minimal expense to the client.
Scope of Work:
- Dry rot repairs were done to the window sills
- All windows were glazed
- Minor spall repairs were made
- 2 coats of KM elastomeric hybrid product were used to coat the building
- All windows for the building were cleaned
