I live at Stoney Pointe and I wanted to let you know how pleased I personally have been with the work your crews are doing.   

Your crew that did the work on the wood replacement were extremely professional and diligent in their work.  I was extremely impressed on their work ethic and friendly attitude.  I talked briefly with your crew leader, Art, and let him know that also. 

The painters are equally diligent and focused on getting the job done and done professionally. 

It would also be important to recognize that you must have good leaders creating a positive, productive environment for all this to happen.
